Tumbling

Tumbling is a blend of acrobatics and athletic movement that builds strength, flexibility, and confidence. Students learn skills such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, and handsprings in a safe, supportive environment. Tumbling is a great foundation for dancers, cheerleaders, and anyone who loves to move. It helps develop body control, coordination, and the power needed for more advanced tricks as they grow.

Attire: Any color leotard or form-fitting athletic clothing.
